We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have everything just steps away, from malls and restaurants to famous shopping streets like Corso Vittorio and Via Monte Napoleone. The hotel is also close to the underground and tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the view from our upgraded room was lovely, overlooking the beautiful galleria.

Cannot find any fault.

Amazing location, lovely dining experience, creative menu with delicious food, team was good and polite, excellent art on each floor, spacious rooms with high ceilings and luxurious bathrooms.
