We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have everything just steps away, from malls and restaurants to famous shopping streets like Corso Vittorio and Via Monte Napoleone. The hotel is also close to the underground and tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the view from our upgraded room was unforgettable, overlooking the beautiful galleria. The hotel staff, especially the front desk and concierge, were highly professional and made us feel welcome and secure throughout our stay.

We also enjoyed the restaurant, which served delicious Continental breakfast and special diet menus. the bar/lounge area was inviting and perfect for relaxing. the location advantages were unbeatable, and we were able to easily explore the area.
